Welcome to the TIG Event Storefront, operated by The Internet Guys (TIG). By using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Ticket Purchases All tickets are issued digitally and may include a QR code for event entry. Ticket availability and pricing are subject to change until payment is confirmed.

Refunds & Cancellations Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policy of the event organizer. Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable.

Event Changes Event schedules, speakers, venues, or programmes may change. Registered attendees will be notified where possible.

Admission Valid event tickets or QR codes must be presented for entry. Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission where necessary.

User Responsibilities You agree not to misuse the platform, duplicate tickets, engage in fraudulent activities, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Liability The Internet Guys provides the technology platform for event registration and ticketing. We are not responsible for event cancellations, changes made by organizers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
